Hello! I gotta tell you we used your Dos Gauchos on a brisket over the 4th for about 60 people and they RAVED about it!!

I love a well-seasoned steak and this rub is the best that I have found. On grilled beef it is incredible but I have also used it as a rub for burgers (major-yum) as well as the main seasoning in my Tex-Mex meatloaf. This is now a must-have item on my spice list.
