Tuscan Verde Three Cheese Stuffed Shells

This hearty Italian recipe only tastes like you spent all day in the kitchen! It’s super quick, especially when you use store bought sauce like we did. We recommend using an organic, lower sodium marina sauce that won’t compete too heavily with the savory Tuscan Verde flavor in the shells.

To make this at home, preheat your oven to 375 degrees.

Boil one box of large pasta shells until al dente. Take care not to over cook the shells, or they’ll be difficult to fill later on.

In a large bowl, combine 32 ounces of ricotta cheese, 2 cups of mozzarella, and about a half cup of parmesan. Stir in 2 eggs and 1 tablespoon of our Tuscan Verde seasoning.

Coat the bottom of a large baking dish with your favorite marinara sauce.

One at a time, stuff each shell with the cheese mixture.

Line shells in baking dish and cover with additional sauce.

Sprinkle with additional parmesan cheese and cover with aluminum foil.

Bake for 35-45 minutes.
